Strength & Fitness is a youth club / social club in a gym.
Participants work with our coaches to learn to train in a variety of ways, work hard and have lots of fun. They become fit, strong and confident in a gym environment. The Strength and Fitness programme includes general strength training with dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells, bodyweight training, flexibility work, core exercises, fitness, circuit training and conditioning.
