mettle Girl Strong is a strength and fitness programme just for girls coached by girls and women.
Sessions include general strength training with dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells, bodyweight training, flexibility work, core exercises and fitness and conditioning. We know that girls often want their own space to behave how they choose without interruption and distraction. Supported by our female coaches, if you join our Girl Strong programme you’ll develop a healthy relationship with sport and physical activity in a space where you’ll feel safe and supported.
