strong & social

mettle Strong & Social is a social club in a gym.

You work with our coaches to learn to train in a variety of ways, work hard and have lots of fun. You become fit, strong and confident in a gym environment.

The mettle Strong and Social programme includes general strength training with dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells, bodyweight training, flexibility work, core exercises, fitness, circuit training and conditioning. Sessions may also include some aspects of martial arts, self-defence and boxing too. In our Strong & Social sessions we work hard together, have fun and get fitter and stronger together.

Adult Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Adult Girl Strong 7-8.30pm

Tuesday:

Youth Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Youth Strong & Social 4-5.30pm

Wednesday:

Adult Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Adult Girl Strong 6-7.30pm

Adult Girl Strong 7.30-9pm

Thursday:

Youth Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Friday:

Adult Weightlifting 6-8.30pm

Saturday:

Youth Weightlifting 8.30-11.30am

Sunday:

Adult Weightlifting 1-3pm
